The City of Bismarck welcomes you to the East Divide Avenue Project Website. On behalf of the City of Bismarck, Kadrmas, Lee & Jackson, Inc. is conducting a preliminary engineering and environmental study on improvements to East Divide Avenue. The proposed project would reconstruct and extend East Divide Avenue between Volk Drive to Commerce Drive ultimately improving traffic flow and safety.
Project Update:
The first public input meeting is scheduled for November 17, 2011 at the City of Bismarck Public Works Building. The open house is from 5:30 - 7:30 pm and formal presentation at 6:00 pm.
